We understand that if you have lost your activation code, you are in a hurry to find it; and we are happy to help!
To ensure the best chances of retrieving your lost activation code, create a new ticket, and ensure that you choose the following when filling out the ticket:
- Set 'Type' to 'Lost Activation Code'
- Set the 'Approx Purchase Date', which does not need to be 100% accurate.This date does not need to be an exact date, but the closer the better.
- Select where you 'Purchased From'
Note: In the event that you purchased from a 'Third-Party Dealer', you may need to contact the dealer to help you locate your lost activation code.
